We need consistent humans more than skilled ones. Start small. Stay if you love it.
Mentor
Sit with a student or small group. Be a steady, encouraging presence. No teaching credential required — just consistency.
1 weeknight / week
Tutor
Help students get back to grade level in reading and math. We'll match you to a student who fits your strengths.
1–2 hrs / week
Meal team
Plan, prep, or serve a hot dinner for a Wednesday or Tuesday cohort. Cook at home or on-site.
1 night / month
Share a skill
Trade, art, music, sports, finance, or career path? Come run a one-night session for our students.
